Welcome to Tiny Treasures Home Daycare! We are a home daycare, also known as a family daycare, located in Lynnwood, WA near Hilltop Elementary School. We are licensed by the Department of Early Learning to care for up to 12 children between ages 3 months up to 13 years and school age.

Simin, the owner and primary care provider, has over 10 years of experience working in both childcare centers and home daycares of all size. Her goal is to provide the highest level of care with emphasis on one on one attention and mental and physical growth of your children.
